Our company is commonly known as a socially significant firm. This is why our employees enjoy a number of social benefits, which makes our company one of the most sought after employers in the region.
“LESPLITINVEST” provides respectable working conditions for its employees. It also provides them with a number of social guarantees and prospects of professional and administrative growth.
All our young employee have serious reasons to pursue a successful career in our company. Our employees are paid good salaries and are rewarded with bonuses for their professional achievement, irrespective of their level of experience. Apart from that, certain experts get other one time and permanent supplements to salaries in accordance with the company’s internal Acts.
To improve the level of social security of our employees our company offers certain benefits, such as: cash support (for example in case of marriage or child birth), provision of interest free credits and many more benefits. This is why about 30% of our work force are young experts.
Our employees also receive compensation for mobile communications during their work. We also earmark separate funds to provide food on daily basis for our employees and to maintain the factory’s diner. We also provide transport for our employees, certified working clothes and footwear. Each of our employees has VMI (Voluntary Medical Insurance) insurance policy.
We organize training sessions and refresher courses for the improvement of our employees’ professional skills and enhancement of qualifications, spending the company’s financial resources.
Currently 21 families live in company owned flats. At the same time, the company also provides credits for real estate purchases and compensates residential rentals. In the near future, in case of a favourable decision about allocation of land to the company, our company’s administration is ready to build a factory owned settlement and our employees are confident that such a settlement will soon be built on the banks of Ladozhskoe Lake.
There is not much to be said about the celebration of annual state, municipal and professional festivities: all our employees and their families participate in these celebrations.
The company’s management strengthens employees’ professionalism and provides for high levels of employee productivity by allocating significant amounts of funds for social programs.
Apart from that JSC “LESPLITINVEST” is a backbone enterprise for the town and actively participates in all aspects of social life in Priozersk. In particular the company actively supports veterans and retirees (including the veteran council ПЦЗ-ПМДК-ЛПИ, which has a special premises allocated at the factory), kindergartens, schools, as well as the municipal orphanage.
The company’s budget exhibits a special expenditure head to support children’s sports activities. The company patrons the “Triumph” football club. Thanks to the financial support by JSC “LESPLITINVEST” a number of new football teams got a chance to play. Students of our football club became champions of the Leningrad region within the framework of an all Russia “Mini-football at school “Mishka” project. The boys’ team comprising of players born in 1998-1999 became bronze medallists in the North-Western Federal District Championship and Silver medallists in the Leningrad Regional championship “Kozheny Match (Leather Ball)”. Currently this team plays in Leningrad Region’s league.
We also support the orienteering team “Vesta” and men’s volleyball team of Priozersk’s veterans, providing them with facilities to travel to other areas beyond Priozersk’s boundaries to participate in competitions. This club includes people of all age groups: from 10 to 70 years of age. Using our support, the team not only travels to take part in Russian competitions, but also travels overseas. The “Vesta” team brings back trophies and awards from every competition. Most recently, this team won medal at an all-Russian competition.
