The workshop "Ladora interior doors: a new stage of development"

On July 7-9, OJSC "Lesplitinvest", one of the largest manufacturers of interior doors, held a workshop for dealers. "Geography" of participants was extensive. The event was attended by representatives of companies from all over Russia, from Murmansk to Vladivostok, and the CIS countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan. Among them there were long-standing partners of "Lesplitinvest", successfully promoting the TM LADORA products for many years, and new partners who just started to make shippings to their regions. The schedule of the workshop included a business conference, a presentation of new door models, a demonstration of the manufacturing process.

Managers and specialists of OJSC "Lesplitinvest" told the guests about the strategic direction of the company, door panel market conditions, technological innovation in the workplace; presented new products and discussed mutual cooperation and dealer policy. "Development and strengthening of the dealer network is one of the priorities of "Lesplitinvest ", - said Yan Pettinen, the head of the "Doors and mouldings" department. – The workshop is a great opportunity to build a dialogue with partners, allowing them to gain first-hand information, to solve specific issues, and for employees of the company – to learn more about emerging issues and needs of dealers. Everyone should understand that the mutual execution of partnership commitments is the key to successful and mutually beneficial activities. We hold such an event not the first time, and every time we note the high efficiency and productivity of this type of communication. "
The rich informative program of the conference allowed the participants to gain valuable experience and expand their knowledge of both the market in general and the specifics of working with TM Ladora.

The participants were familiarized with positive long-term dynamics of development of Ladora product line within the Russian and CIS door market experiencing not the best of times today. In addition, the company had announced its development plans for the medium-term forecast of the market situation.
Apart from information sharing, the workshop was notable for its practical use. The members discussed current issues of promotion and advertising support of the product, as well as the nuances of production planning.
"The company" Lesplitinvest" holds frequent events to improve the quality of service, including the reduction of order deadlines. The basis of successful work is accurate scheduling. The better the dealers understand the rules of production planning, the more stable and faster supply of products we can achieve", - noted Victoria Loboda, the engineer of planning and control department, in her speech.
During the three days of the event, the participants had the opportunity not only to get satisfactory answers to their questions, but also to appreciate the technological innovations of the company directly in the production. The director Roman Bobylev spoke about the updates of equipment and efficient technologies. During the factory tour, the guests could assure themselves with their own eyes. Modernization of the equipment, which affected the raw materials procurement site, the MDF boars production and lamination line, the door panels and molding workshop, aroused great interest.
The visitors were introduced the process of creating interior doors, talked to the company's technical experts. In addition to the traditional tour program, the guests were also offered a boat trip and a tour inside the plant from the river Vuoksa waters, where the participants could appreciate the immensity of production once again.
The guests were presented with samples of new door models and all of them, during the survey, were able to express their opinion on a particular development, thus getting directly involved in the formation of Ladora model range in particular and the whole door market in general.
During the workshop and personal negotiations the partners were able to resolve controversial issues, to find ways to overcome them successfully and to exchange views and experiences. The wishes of both parties were discussed and will be taken into consideration in future work.
The dealer workshop is another important step towards more effective collaboration and strengthening of partnership. OJSC "Lesplitinvest" intends to use this format of communication in future, because, as the executive director Sergey Legenkiy noted in his speech: "We do everything to strengthen and improve cooperation, which is the key to long-term, stable and mutually beneficial relationship".
