The complex, designed by experts Wemhöner, uses the most advanced control and diagnostic systems with the optimum configuration of the structure to ensure the highest quality products.
Due to high productivity of presses and excellent synchronizing of all elements of the line, the rate can be reached up to 120 compression cycles per hour, that helps to achieve the mechanical pressing cycle time of 30 seconds and the time of reaching the contact with the heating boards surface of 1.5 seconds. Uniform temperature field and pressure distribution allows to attain the flawless smoothness of the surface for all colors, including sophisticated dark decors containing substances often complicating the process of lamination.
LMDF boards by "Lesplitinvest" are manufactured from domestic raw materials and comply with European standards (EN 14322), forming the optimal ratio of high quality and affordable price.
